The Germain Rooms (Lowick Village Hall) Hire


Lowick Village Hall is a historical building with all the modern facilities expected of a community venue. The building, which offers great flexibility, comprises a main function hall with a separate meeting room and full kitchen facilities. The building has a capacity for up to 100 people.

The hall and meeting room may be booked for a wide range of events as follows: Parties, Meetings, Conferences, Lunches, Afternoon teas.

One of the main purposes of the hall is to offer a high-quality, low-cost venue to local community groups. If you would like to book the hall, please use the Booking Request Form.  Before booking, please ensure you have read and fully understood the following:

Hiring Charges


From 15.03.21

The current rates of Hire are as follows:

Lowick Village Residents:                                                  £12 per hour.
Regular Bookings or One-off (parties, events ):     £15 per hour.

Rates per event:

Marquee hire                                                                          £75

Set up/Take down DIY                                                       £0

Set up/Take down                                                                £25

Deposit (damages)                                                              £25

Please remember to include enough time to set up and clear away within the hours of your booking.
